The Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship is designed for individuals working in a wide range of hospitality settings across the service and commercial sectors. A Hospitality Supervisor can operate in a range of functions across a business, including Food and beverage services, Front office, Housekeeping, Concierge or events. It is likely to appeal to someone who has a clear career path in mind, who has also worked in one or more roles within the occupation.
The primary objective of an individual achieving this standard to is to gather the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to prepare them for supervision/management within the industry and to comply with industry-standard and regulations.
Who is this Apprenticeship suited for?
This Apprenticeship is designed for learners in a range of Hospitality Supervisor roles, including:

Typically, this Apprenticeship takes 12-18months to complete.
Employers must be prepared to provide the learner with the opportunity to carry out work, learning and be part of projects which will support and enable the learner to produce substantial evidence towards their qualification.
To support Apprenticeship achievement, we request that employers play a hands-on role throughout the duration, participating in joint reviews at regular intervals. We also encourage employers to actively engage with the Apprentice and ourselves to discuss progress, identify any additional learning or potential issues or concerns that may arise.
