As a reflection of our commitment in adding value to training for our employers and partners, we are able to provide all Apprentices who enrol onto the programme, 35 hours of CPC training. This is gradually delivered throughout the duration.
Employers must be prepared to provide the learner with the opportunity to carry out work, learning, and be part of projects which will support and enable the learner to produce substantial evidence towards their qualification.
To support Apprenticeship achievement, we request that employers play a hands-on role throughout the duration, participating in joint reviews at regular intervals. We also encourage employers to actively engage with the Apprentice and ourselves to discuss progress, identify any additional learning or potential issues or concerns that may arise.
