Team leader / Supervisor level 3
The Level 3 Apprenticeship standard for the Team Leader / Supervisor is designed for Apprentices in Team leader / supervisory roles. An Apprenticeship in Team Leader / Supervisor is a great opportunity to acquire the skills knowledge and behaviours to support, manage and developing team members and monitor workloads and resources.
Team Leaders / Supervisors deliver operational plans, resolve problems, and build key working relationships, in line with the business role and regulatory requirements.
Who is this Apprenticeship suited for?
This Apprenticeship is designed for individuals in Team Leader / Supervisor roles, but can also include others, such as:
· Shift Manager / Supervisor
· Project Officer
Typically, this Apprenticeship will take 12-18 months to complete.
Employers must be prepared to provide the learner with the opportunity to carry out work, learning and be part of projects which will support and enable the learner to produce substantial evidence towards their qualification.
To support Apprenticeship achievement, we request that employers play a hands-on role throughout the duration, participating in joint reviews at regular intervals. We also encourage employers to actively engage with the Apprentice and ourselves to discuss progress, identify any additional learning or potential issues or concerns that may arise.
